Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cbaje ("cbaje", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cbaje online gaming platform available at cbaje.ws and all associated services, features, content, and functionality.

By accessing or using cbaje in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in promotions — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation. cbaje reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts opened by ineligible users will be closed and any funds resulting from ineligible play may be voided.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access cbaje's full range of services, you must create an account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and the channel for OTP-based security verification.

One Account per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on cbaje. Opening, operating, or attempting to access multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, cbaje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any remaining balances, and void any pending or historical winnings obtained through multi-accounting.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. cbaje will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify cbaje support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account. cbaje implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all login sessions and financial transactions. OTP verification via SMS provides an additional security layer at account creation and during password resets.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

cbaje accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name:

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. cbaje does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with our KYC procedures. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by cbaje.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes of request approval during standard operating hours.
• cbaje reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed where cbaje has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

cbaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other value without first completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• cbaje reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not retrospectively affect bonuses already granted.
• Players who are suspected of abusing bonuses — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system fault that affects the outcome of a game round or sports event, cbaje reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the players. cbaje will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cbaje. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account or withdraw funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform's software for personal gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, account verification, or any communication with cbaje.

cbaje operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to all forms of fraud. Where fraudulent activity is detected, cbaje reserves the right to withhold all funds in the affected account pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to permanently close the account and pursue recovery of any fraudulently obtained funds through all available legal means.

7. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from cbaje without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbaje, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages are based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory.

cbaje's total aggregate liability to any player, arising from any cause of action whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits cbaje's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by cbaje's own gross negligence.

10. Amendments to These Terms

cbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cbaje will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — typically by SMS to the registered mobile number — at least five (5) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
